Here is how it works!

When you, the vendor, register to use Public Purchase's Bid Board you can manually register with each agency you want to do business with. As part of the registration process you can select commodity codes specific to your business allowing you to receive automatic notifications and updates to those bid opportunities. All Business opportunities are ready to download at your fingertips. Many of these agencies allow vendors to respond electronically eliminating the need to mail or fax in information. Accessing the Public Purchase Bid Board is FREE. You simply need to click register.

After you have finished the registration process your account will be reviewed and activated. This process can take 24 hours, as we need to verify company name, phone number, physical address and email address. Once registered you will receive from Public Purchase step-by-step instructions on how to find and register with those agencies you want to do business with.
