The Procurement and Contracts Division of the Vancouver Housing Authority facilitates the satisfactory receipt of all goods and services in a timely and economical manner. Our staff helps direct the agency in the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services, including construction. This is accomplished by making prudent, reasonable, and efficient decisions.

The Vancouver Hosuing Authority provides opportunities to people who experience barriers to housing because of income, disability, or special needs. Currently, we provide subsidized housing for about 3,400 households, or approximately 6,800 people, in our community through subsidized rental properties we own or manage.
