RivCoParks is looking for a system that allows all functions of the parks to operate under one reservation/POS system. The public should be allowed to view, make and edit reservations online, whether using a PC, tablet, or phone, while RivCoParks staff should have the ability to modify and add to the system, including, adding fees, updating landing pages, and developing reports

The Project Objectives are to implement a Recreation Management Software System that will:

  1. Provide a unified Point of Sale / Reservation Management System capable of supporting the various revenue streams of all RivCoParks operational divisions.
  2. Track and report high-level analysis of revenue and usage.
  3. Provide an intuitive customer web interface for self-service reservations, passes, and memberships including centralized customer profiles, transaction history, waivers, passes, and eligibility tracking.

Consultants are expected to provide their best and most competitive proposals.
