RFP - Citywide AB 98 Truck Route Compliance, Inventory, and Signage Plan
The City of Grand Terrace is initiating an AB 98 Truck Route Compliance Study to evaluate the City’s existing truck route network and ensure compliance with State requirements. The project will include a citywide analysis of truck routes, an inventory of truck route signage, and development of an updated truck route network designed to support freight movement while minimizing impacts to residential neighborhoods and sensitive receptors. The study will also include preparation of a truck route signage implementation plan, public outreach, environmental review, and amendments to the General Plan Circulation Element. The final deliverable will provide the City with a comprehensive implementation plan for truck routing and signage consistent with AB 98.
