- Scroll down until you see "Cookies".
- Click "Enable" for the Allow per-session cookies option.
- Click "OK" to exit.
- Click the "Home" Tab to return to the Main Page.
- Click "Login" to login in Public Purchase.

- Click the "Internet Zone", then either select a "Security Level" other than "High," or: Select the "Custom Level" Button.
