Grand Terrace is situated roughly 60 miles east of Los Angeles within San Bernardino County. Positioned off the I-215 freeway, it lies between the I-10 and 60 freeways, covering about 3.6 square miles. With a current population of 13,104, it was established as a general law city in 1978, operating under a council/city manager form of government. Its fiscal year spans from July 1 to June 30.
