CALL FOR BIDS
The Town of Camp Verde (TOWN) is seeking sealed bids (“Bids”) from qualified vendors (“Vendors”) capable of providing the following goods and/or services:
CHIP SEALING OF Areas 6and 7 in Camp Verde, Arizona

The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the placement of a single ship seal of CRS-2P, on the identified paved roads within the Town of Camp Verde Lakes Subdivision accordance with the plans, specifications and Agreement documents. The Total estimated quantity of area to receive a CRS-2P chip seal is approximately 253,115 square yards. Re-establishing existing paint striping per the Project documents will be included in this Agreement. Project locations are identified on the vicinity map and hand drawn project map provided in the Project Specifications and Scope of Work.
There is a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 28, 2016, in the Camp Verde Public Works Conference Room located at 395 S. Main Street, Camp Verde, Arizona 86322, Room 310.
Project Specifications, Provisions and drawings will be available by 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 19th at the following website: http://www.PublicPurchase.com
All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING included on the website. All questions regarding the Project Specifications, Bidding Process, or General Information shall be in writing, submitted through Public.Purchase.com. No other questions will be addressed.
Bidders shall be responsible for all licenses, permits, insurance, taxes and bonds required by the TOWN and the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract.
The Town of Camp Verde reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the TOWN
