City does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any procurements, documents, addendum, and information retrieved from any other third party source.

City is not responsible for any loss or damage including, but not limited to time, money, or goodwill arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions from any other third party source, software, Internet connections, and the like.

Information and documents contained on Public Purchase may change at any time and without any notification. Each prospective offeror must check daily through the close of the procurement for any applicable addenda or updates.

By submitting an offer in response to any City of Brea posted solicitation, the offeror acknowledges the above and certifies that said offeror has the authority to submit an offer on behalf of and to bind entity to all the requirements of the City of Brea Terms & Conditions, Specifications, Scope or Work, any attachments, exhibits, amendments; and offers and agrees to those requirements at the prices set forth in the Price Sheets.
