The City of Keene, New Hampshire, is soliciting qualifications from professional airport engineering and architectural consultants to assist with the engineering, architectural design, and construction administration of three upcoming projects at the Dillant-Hopkins Airport. The selected consultant will be expected to monitor trends in the FAA AIP program and provide assistance and guidance in the development and implementation of the ACIP, to meet various requirements associated with State and F.A.A. grant assurances such as the Airport DBE program, environmental compliance (SWPPP, SPCC), and NHDOT and F.A.A. interaction.
Airport Projects – In reviewing the Statement of Qualifications, greater emphasis will be placed on a consultant’s ability to provide services related specifically to the following projects at the Keene Dillant-Hopkins Airport:
1. Airport Snow Removal Vehicle (SRV) Purchase.
2. Airport Terminal Improvements.
3. Renewable Energy and Sustainability projects.
